- Chief Executive Officer |

Mr. Blundin has been the CEO of Vestmark since October of 2001. Previously Mr. Blundin was Chief Technologist at
Vignette Corporation (NASDAQ: VIGN). Vignette has over 1000 enterprise customers including seven of the top ten
firms in the Financial Services sector.
Prior to Vignette, Mr. Blundin was the founder, CEO and Chairman of DataSage, Inc. DataSage was acquired by Vignette
in a half-billion dollar transaction in January of 2000. DataSage's software enabled businesses to centrally capture
and analyze all of their electronic interactions - often involving terabytes of information - and use that information
to optimize interactions with customers. In 1998 and 1999 DataSage was selected to the DataWarehouse 100.
In 1999, DataSage received a DM Review World Class Solution Award and was selected to Computerworld's 100 Emerging Companies to Watch.
Prior to 1997, Mr. Blundin was the President and CEO of Cirrus Recognition Systems, a Data Mining software company.
Prior to DataSage, Mr. Blundin was among the first ten employees at MicroStrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR).
Mr. Blundin received a BS Computer Science degree from MIT. He serves on the boards of several Boston area high-tech start-ups.
In December of 1999 Mr. Blundin was selected by Technology Review Magazine as one of America's Top 100 Young Innovators.

Mr. Lunny joined Vestmark in April of 2002 and is responsible for the operations of the company and the customer engineering organization.
Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Lunny was a Senior Director of Engineering at Vignette Corporation where he was responsible for
Vignette's analysis, personalization and wireless products. Mr. Lunny joined Vignette through their acquisition of DataSage,
an eCRM software provider, in January of 2000. Mr. Lunny was a co-founder of DataSage and served as the Vice President of Engineering
responsible for all product design and development.
Prior to joining DataSage, Mr. Lunny had more than 10 years of TCP / IP research and development experience through his tenure
at The Wollongong Group (acquired by Attachmate) where he was responsible for their network management products, the DOD where
he implemented one of the first FDDI interconnects, and the MIT Laboratory of Computer Science where he helped develop the
reference TCP / IP implementation (PCIP) for the Internet.
Mr. Lunny holds both a BS degree in Computer Science and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from MIT. |

Mr. Klapprodt has been with Vestmark since August of 2001 and is responsible for sales, marketing, business development and products.
Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Klapprodt was a Senior Product Manager at Vignette Corporation (NASDAQ: VIGN), where he was responsible
for Vignette's analysis and personalization solutions. Mr. Klapprodt joined Vignette through their acquisition of DataSage, an
eCRM software provider, in January of 2000. At DataSage, Mr. Klapprodt held various positions in sales, consulting and product management,
including the construction of the initial eCRM prototype which became DataSage's flagship product.
Mr. Klapprodt worked at Oracle Corporation before joining DataSage, where he focused on Oracle's data warehousing and business
intelligence solutions for large enterprises.
Mr. Klapprodt holds a BS from Pennsylvania State University where he studied Economics and Mathematics. |

Mr. Johnson founded Vestmark in February of 2001. Prior to founding Vestmark, Mr. Johnson was the Principle Architect of the
Personalization Products Division at Vignette Corporation responsible for the architecture and design of all Personalization Products.
Mr. Johnson joined Vignette through their acquisition of DataSage, an eCRM software provider, in January of 2000.
Mr. Johnson was a co-founder of DataSage and served as the Director of Engineering and Lead Architect responsible for all product
design and development. Prior to joining DataSage, Mr. Johnson had more than 10 years of experience with the DOD developing real-time
distributed systems.
Mr. Johnson holds both a BS and MS of Engineering from Virginia Tech where he studied Engineering Mechanics, Computer Science, and
Digital System Design. |

- Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Bodoin has been with Vestmark since June of 2002 and is responsible for all aspects of finance and administration.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Bodoin served as Controller of Vividon Inc., a manufacturer of high performance streaming cache systems
which deliver audio and video over the Internet. At Vividon she was responsible for all financial functions.
Previously, Ms. Bodoin was Regional Finance Director for Vignette Corporation. In January of 2000, Christine managed the acquisition of
DataSage, where Ms. Bodoin worked as Controller and acting CFO, and Director of Human Resources.
Before entering the high tech industry, Ms. Bodoin was a Finance Manager within the Information Systems department of the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology. Ms. Bodoin earned a BS degree in Accounting and Human Resources Management from Boston College and an MBA with
a concentration in International Business from Bentley College. |

Mr. Pathak joined Vestmark in January of 2004. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Pathak is responsible for the overall design and architecture
of Vestmark's product offering. Mr. Pathak brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise software development and management.
Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Pathak served at Vignette Corporation in several technical and management positions, most recently as a
Senior Director of Engineering, responsible for the development of several products as well as the launch of Vignette's offshore software
development initiative.
Prior to Vignette, Mr. Pathak held various management and technical positions at Simulation Sciences Corp., Workgroup Technology
Corporation, and MITRE Corporation.
Mr. Pathak holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a M.S. in Computer
Engineering from Boston University. |

Mr. Sheckler is one of the world's leading experts in Portfolio Management, Accounting, and Corporate Actions technology.
He has over 20 years of experience in investment software systems design. Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Sheckler served
as the Lead Architect for Advent Custodial DataT and Advent TrustedNetwork® products at Advent Software, Inc.
Prior to Advent, Mr. Sheckler spent over 12 years at Thomson Financial where he served as a Lead Architect and Chief
Programmer on the PORTIA Portfolio Management product and as a Technical Adviser to Thomson Trading Systems for Oneva
Trade EQ, Autex, TradeRoute, Oasys, Oasys Global and Alert.
While a member of the Administrative Staff at MIT, Mr. Sheckler participated in the development of RDMS, one of the first
relational database management systems.
Mr. Sheckler holds both a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
In January of 2007, Mr. Sheckler earned the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designation from the CFA Institute. |

Mr. Peabody joined Vestmark through the July, 2004 acquisition of LifeHarbor, a pioneer in Portfolio Manufacturing solutions. Mr. Peabody was co-founder of LifeHarbor and served as Vice President of Product and Technology responsible for all product design and development.
Prior to LifeHarbor, Mr. Peabody was a Director and Senior Architect in the Money Management and Trading practice of Cambridge Technology Partners where he led the design and development of custom equity and currency trading systems for large investment management and brokerage firms.
Mr. Peabody holds a BS in Physics from Bates College and an MSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

- Senior Vice President of Customer Engineering

Ms. Rogers joined Vestmark in January of 2004 and is responsible for customer engineering, including implementations and conversions, product and technical support, and training. She has over 20 years of experience in investment systems development, implementations, and support.
Prior to joining Vestmark, Ms. Rogers was a Managing Consultant at Venture Financial Systems Group, Ltd., a boutique consulting firm, specifically focused on delivering business and technology solutions to the financial services industry.
Prior to Venture, Ms. Rogers spent over 16 years at Thomson Financial where she served as Vice President and Director of Product Operations, responsible for design, development, and quality assurance of PORTIA, Oneva TradeEQ, and Oneva Perform.
Ms. Rogers holds both a BA in Zoology and Classics, the latter with a concentration in Latin, from the University of Vermont.

Mr. Blundin joined Vestmark in July of 2004 and runs the Vestmark Managed Services group.
Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Blundin was Vice President of Products at Savantis Systems, an industry pioneer in Server Virtualization
technology. Mr. Blundin led product management and market development for the industry's first database server virtualization product.
Prior to joining Savantis, Mr. Blundin was Director of Product Management at Vignette Corporation where he led a team of product managers
with responsibility for the vision, strategy and roadmap for Vignette acquired products and technologies. Mr. Blundin joined Vignette
through their acquisition of DataSage where he was a co-founder and Director of Marketing, responsible for all market development and
product management activities.
Previously Mr. Blundin was the Vice President of Marketing for Cirrus Recognition Systems, a Data Mining software company which he
co-founded in 1991.
Mr. Blundin holds a BA in Physical Sciences from Colgate University, where he studied Physics, Chemistry and Japanese. |
