	Keith Jarrett
	Dr. Jarrett is currently a Principal in Rockport Funding, LLC and Ajax Mountain Partners, both investment partnerships, and is a strategic advisor to numerous venture investment firms. From 1987 to 2001, he held senior management positions within the Thomson Corporation, including President and CEO of Thomson Financial Ventures and President and CEO of Thomson Financial International. He is a director of Penn Virginia Resources, as well as several privately held organizations. Dr. Jarrett holds a Bachelors Degree from West Point Military Academy and a Doctoral degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
	Ted Giese
	Mr. Giese is the former long-time Chief Information Officer of Wellington Management Company with over 33 years experience in the investment management industry. Currently, Mr. Giese is the founder and President of Global Information Resources Inc., a consulting firm established in 1995 specializing in strategic analysis of major buy-side investment firms' use of front-office decision support applications. While Mr. Giese was at the Wellington Management Company he founded their Information Systems Division; directed it for seven years as the Chief Information Officer; and then was a Senior Quantitative Analyst in their Quantitative Equity area. Mr. Giese currently serves on the board of directors of several companies, all of which are engaged in the development of software systems for the investment community. Mr. Giese holds an AB degree in Economics from Amherst College.
	Bill Jervey
	Mr. Jervey is a founding principal of Global Information Resources Inc., a consulting firm established in 1995 specializing in strategic analysis of major buy-side investment firms' use of front-office decision-support applications. Prior to founding Global Information Resources, Mr. Jervey worked for over twenty five years in various systems development roles including, most recently as director of software development and acting Chief Information Officer for Wellington Management, LLP. An honors graduate of Boston University (1969), he has served in several elected local government positions for the town of Winchester, Massachusetts. Mr. Jervey currently serves on the board of directors of several Boston and California technology companies.
