Peter Jantzen Joins Vestmark as Executive Vice President of Sales

Wakefield, MA - February 26, 2009 - Vestmark, Inc. announced today that Peter Jantzen is joining the firm as Executive Vice President of Sales.

Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Jantzen was Vice President of North American Sales at Intec, a global technology provider with over $250 million in annual revenues. During Mr. Jantzen's tenure at Intec and predecessor companies, he built and managed global sales teams, consistently exceeded his customers' expectations enabling dramatic revenue growth, and helped his company successfully navigate an IPO, secondary offering, and multiple mergers.
