Overview
VMAP is a modular system offering flexible configuration of account opening, portfolio accounting, portfolio manufacturing
(including asset allocation / model management, restriction management, account monitoring, and rebalancing), trading, reconciliation,
reporting, and compliance.
The fully configurable Vestmark Business Process Management engine automates and monitors workflow between systems and users thus
enforcing business rules and processes, reducing errors, and increasing efficiency. The integrated Vestmark Audit Trail Manager records
all activity in the system to support compliance requirements.
VMAP's web-based user interface is easy to use with extensive use of real-time, interactive dashboards for management oversight as well
as for management by exception. User consoles are configured by role to include a set of real-time monitors that present only the data
and functions to which the user has been granted access. VMAP provides consoles for personnel in Operations, Portfolio Management,
Trading, Reconciliation, and Compliance. Additional consoles may be easily configured based on role requirements.
