Cambiar Investors Selects Vestmark BPO Service to Support its Managed Accounts Initiatives

Back Office ServicesWakefield, MA April 7, 2014 - Vestmark, a leading innovator of advisory solutions and wealth management technology, announced Cambiar Investors has selected Vestmark Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service to support the growth of its separately managed accounts business.

The Vestmark BPO service is a business process outsourcing solution that allows broker-dealers, banks, investment managers, and advisors to outsource middle- and back-office administrative and operational functions. Vestmark BPO is provided to support firms that use VestmarkONE, a unified wealth management platform offering comprehensive, real-time technology that enables a wide range of financial firms to deliver holistic wealth management and a full range of advisory solutions.

Cambiar Investors is an investment management firm that manages portfolios for its clients across multiple asset classes including Large Cap, Small Cap, SMID, International and Global.Vestmark BPO will enhance Cambiar’s operational efficiency across these strategies by automating many of the labor-intensive processes associated with managed account trading and administration, including compliance, account administration, reconciliation, and portfolio composite performance management. With Vestmark BPO performing these middle- and back-office functions, Cambiar can focus on portfolio management and trading across the distribution relationships that will be consolidated on VestmarkONE.
