FAQs

When will the new Model Marketplace site launch?

The target date for launch is Monday, January 12, 2026.

Will the URL change?

Yes, providers have been given the new URL ahead of the launch. Vestmark is working toward supporting a redirect of the original URL, which would remain active for 30 days until the original URL is decommissioned. The new URL is: provider.vestmarkmarketplace.com. 

Will there be a new domain for the new Model Marketplace site?

Yes, providers have been given the new domain ahead of the launch. Please contact your IT team to add the new domain to your IP Allow List: vestmarkmarketplace.com.  

Will we be able to demo the site prior to launch on January 12?

Our team is currently working on scheduling a live demo session. All Marketplace users have received user guide materials via email and will continue to receive email reminders with those key transition documents. 

Is the process for updating models changing?

The process for updating models is generally the same, now through an enhanced user interface. We encourage you to review the Marketplace training materials here: https://www.vestmark.com/advisor-resource-library  

What should I do if I cannot access the new URL because of firewalls in place?

Our team has followed up with an email to reiterate actions needed by model providers and their IT resources to ensure the new domain is allowed by their firm.
